- Safe Travel
Our vehicles are insured and are installed with fire extinguishers, first aid boxes, and reflectors. The use of seat belts is mandatory. Vehicle tools including wheel spanner, jerk, and tire rod are always inspected before vehicle checkout.

Terms and Conditions
- 25% payment in advance at the time of booking.
- Balance payment to be paid in 2 parts:
-50% of total amount at the start of journey at source point
-25% of total amount while starting the return journey from destination point - Readings for time and distance would start & end from our Garage.
- Inclusions: Driver allowance, permit, fuel charges, vehicle rentals
- Exclusions: Toll, parking charges and entry/border fees/taxes, Driver’s food Alcohol consumption/Smoking in the bus is strictly prohibited
- In case of buses its the client’s responsibility to park the vehicle and ensure the roads are wide enough to reach the pickup/drop location, the driver will only take the vehicle till its feasible and safe, no arguments will be accepted in these cases.
- AC in buses cannot be compared to cars, the cabins are big, in summers especially between 12 PM-3 PM the AC may not provide proper cooling effect
- In case of a single way trip return tolls are also exclusions and payable by the client
- Driver Night allowance of Rs. 500/- is applicable on usage before 5:30 AM & post 11:30 PM of the day
- Permit Charges applicable post 2 AM of the next day of the journey end date
- Minimum of 300 km per calendar day basis for any outstation duties only
- Multiple Pick up & Multiple Drops are not possible
- Audio & Video facility is complimentary. Alternate arrangement will not be done.
- In case of cancellation of trip, booking advance is Non-Refundable
- 50% cancellation to be charged in event of cancellation within 2 days of the journey date
- The liability of the company is up to the bill/receipt value
